About the Corn Belt Energy EV
Pictured to the right is Jeremy Myers, Energy Advisor at Corn Belt Energy, with the EV. We'll be striving to provide you with a detailed report of our experiences specific to this EV. Keeping in mind that each type of EV will perform slightly different.
Here are some specs relative to the Corn Belt Energy EV.
- MPG: 128 mpg-equivalent
- Horsepower: 200
- Torque: 266 lb-ft
- 0-60 mph: 6.5 seconds
- Range: 260 miles
- Front wheel drive
- Seats Five (Two seats in the front, three seats in the back)
What have we learned so far?
EVs are inexpensive to fuel and maintain, provide great performance, gets outstanding fuel mileage and are fun to drive. So far for the month of June, we drove the EV 360 miles and saved $29.57 compared to a traditional vehicle.
Corn Belt Energy recently purchased an electric vehicle (EV) and have started to log our activity and experiences with the EV.
